Given the bespoke nature of our services and the materials used, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and materials under the terms of our warranty.
**Service Satisfaction and Corrections:**
We aim for excellence in every project, but understand that sometimes concerns may arise. If you believe there is a defect in workmanship or materials directly related to our installation and within the terms of our original agreement, you may request a service correction as follows:
- **Notification Period:** Any request for service correction must be made within 7 days following the completion of the installation.
- **Assessment:** Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate the claim to determine if the issue falls under our responsibility as per the agreed terms. This assessment will include factors like material defects directly attributable to our supplied products or errors in our installation.
- **Exclusion of Corrections:** Corrections will not cover damages resulting from external causes such as weather events, accidents, misuse, or alterations made by third parties not authorized by TaylorMade Custom Roofing. Additionally, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, and problems due to improper maintenance by the client are not covered.
**Warranty:**
TaylorMade Custom Roofing provides a warranty for materials and workmanship for a period specified in your warranty, from the date of installation. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective materials supplied by us and correction of faulty installation work. The details and conditions of the warranty, including what is covered and what is excluded, are specified in the warranty document provided at the time of service.
**Limitation of Liability:**
In no event shall TaylorMade Custom Roofing be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruptions, arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
**Procedure for Reporting Issues:**
To report any issues, please contact our customer service team with a detailed description of your concern and any supporting evidence like photographs. We aim to address and resolve valid concerns promptly and effectively.
**Amendments to the Policy:**
TaylorMade Custom Roofing reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All amendments will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.
**Governing Law:**
This policy and any disputes arising under it will be governed by the laws of Texas.
**Effective Date:**
This policy is effective as of 05/05/2024.
